We are relentlessly busy creatures. We labor like crazy and we relax very little. And we are never at a loss for reasons as to why life, much to our dismay, must be lived at such a rabid and restless pace. But is that really the case? And is the pace at which we are living truly sustainable--can it be maintained over time and defended in the end?
Join us as we discuss the role of rest in a world of relentless activity and how learning to pause is a critical part of a living a truly sustainable and faithful existence.
The event's speaker will be Matt Popovits, pastor of Our Saviour New York in New York City, author of "Tough Call" and the host of "The Spiritual Howcast" on YouTube which aims to answer spiritual questions of skeptical people in practical ways.
