Please use this form to request an audio or video of one of our sermons. Requests are filled within five (5) days of receipt.

Pickup & Payment Instructions:

Filled requests can be picked from the "pick-up" boxes/slots located near the church office. If you have special needs and can not pick your media up, please indicate so in the comments section of this form and we will mail it to you.

Payments can be dropped off at the church office in the "Tape Ministry" mail slot, or you may mail them to the church, attention Tape Ministry.
